THESE CONDITIONS OF USE REGULATE THE UTILIZATION OF Bay MEA BUSINESS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. BY ENGAGING WITH MEA BUSINESS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD SERVICES, YOU FULLY ACCEPT THESE TERMS WITHOUT RESERVATION AND COMMIT TO ADHERING TO THEM.

PLEASE REVIEW THESE CONDITIONS THOROUGHLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES. BY ACCESSING THE APPLICATION/WEBSITE OR INTERACTING WITH ANY PORTION OF IT, INCLUDING CONTENT OR FEATURES, YOU CONSENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE PROVISIONS, YOU MUST CEASE USING THE APPLICATION/WEBSITE.

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Agreement Terms ("Terms") define the relationship between you and MEA BUSINESS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD, a company registered in Singapore, with its principal office at #20-05 INTERNATIONAL PLAZA, 10 ANSON ROAD, SINGAPORE 079903 ("we," "us," or the "Company"), concerning your use of the Company’s website (https://fightnetvpn.com/index.html), the FightNet VPN mobile app (available on Apple App Store, Google Play, and other platforms), and related services (collectively, the "Service"), including all text, graphics, audio, video, software, and other materials accessible via the Service ("Content").

1.2. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, forming a legally binding contract between you and the Company. THEREFORE, CAREFULLY REVIEW THESE TERMS BEFORE PROCEEDING.

1.3. Additionally, consult our Privacy Policy, which, along with any supplementary terms or policies posted periodically, is incorporated by reference. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at our discretion, at any time, without prior notice.

2. Permissions

Your use of FightNet VPN must comply with all applicable international, national, state, and local laws. You affirm that you will not employ MEA BUSINESS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD unlawfully or in violation of these Terms. Minors under 18 may not use FightNet VPN or submit personal data without parental supervision. By using the Service, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. If we discover a user is underage or has provided false information, we may immediately suspend access without notice.

3. Service Usage

To access certain features, you may need to register an account ("Account") and provide requested details.

By registering, you warrant that:

• All submitted information is accurate and truthful.
• You will update any changes to this information.
• Your usage complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

Failure to comply may result in service disruptions or inability to receive critical notifications.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for breaches of these Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your login credentials.
• All activities under your Account.
• Promptly reporting unauthorized access or security breaches.

We are not liable for losses due to your failure to meet these obligations.

The Service may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued without notice or liability.

You must provide your own internet connection and devices, covering all associated costs.

We may alter the Service (including free/paid features) without prior notice. You acknowledge that service disruptions may occur, and we are not responsible for resulting damages (e.g., data loss, system harm).

No guaranteed support is provided, though we may offer assistance at our discretion.

4. Fees & Payments

The App/Website is free to download/access, but premium features require payment (subscription or one-time).

You authorize us, App Stores, and payment processors to charge your submitted payment method.

We may adjust pricing with reasonable notice (e.g., via email or Service updates). Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Renewal terms match the initial period unless stated otherwise. Cancel before renewal to avoid charges.

Trials: Free access for a specified period. If not canceled, billing begins automatically.

5. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service and install the Software. Commercial use is prohibited without prior written agreement.

Prohibited actions include:

• Copying, modifying, or distributing the Service.
• Reverse-engineering or circumventing security.
• Using the Service for unlawful purposes (e.g., privacy violations, copyright infringement).

Violations terminate your license and may result in legal action.

6. Global Restrictions

The Service may not be legally available in all jurisdictions. You use it at your own risk, ensuring compliance with local laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All Software, Website, and Content (including updates) are owned by us or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive no ownership rights—only limited usage rights under these Terms.

Unauthorized use of trademarks (e.g., "FightNet VPN") is prohibited.

8. Liability Protection

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, or costs arising from:

• Your Service use (or misuse).
• Account breaches.
• Violations of these Terms or third-party rights.

9. No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES (EXPRESS/IMPLIED), INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions or defects.
• Harm from malware, data loss, or third-party actions.
• Accuracy of third-party content or ads.

10. Termination

This Agreement lasts until terminated by either party. You may end it by uninstalling the Software. We may suspend/terminate access without notice for:

• Breaches of these Terms.
• Legal/regulatory requests.
• Service discontinuation.

Termination revokes your license and requires ceasing all Service use.

11. Legal Compliance

You must use the Software lawfully, adhering to export controls. Re-export restrictions apply; you confirm you are not from a prohibited jurisdiction under Singaporean law.
