End User License Agreement

IMPORTANT: BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR UTILIZING THE SOFTWARE (DEFINED BELOW), YOU CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT'S TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE SOFTWARE, OR REMOVE IT FROM YOUR DEVICE.
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU (AN INDIVIDUAL) AND MEA BUSINESS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD (THE SOLE OWNER OF ALL RIGHTS TO THE SOFTWARE). REVIEW IT THOROUGHLY BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH INSTALLATION OR USE. BY UTILIZING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE ACCEPTANCE AND AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS.
FightNet VPN IS A PRODUCT OWNED BY MEA BUSINESS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD.
Grant of License
FREE LICENSE. FightNet VPN grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and perpetual license to download, install, and use the Software solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly under this Agreement's terms.
PAID LICENSE. Upon payment of applicable fees and continued adherence to this Agreement, FightNet VPN grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and perpetual license to download, install, and use the Software, strictly in compliance with this Agreement.
UNAUTHORIZED USE. You agree to take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of the Software's contents, applying at least the same level of care as you would for your own confidential data, but never less than reasonable diligence under the circumstances.
Ownership Rights
The FightNet VPN Software is the intellectual property of MEA BUSINESS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD, protected by copyright laws, international treaties, and applicable local laws. The Software's structure, organization, and code constitute valuable trade secrets and confidential information.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by MEA BUSINESS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD in current or future products without compensation or approval.
Your possession, installation, or use of the Software does not grant ownership of its intellectual property. All rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, remain with MEA BUSINESS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD.
Restrictions
PROHIBITED USE. You may not use the Software in a way that harms, overloads, or disrupts our servers or others' use. Unauthorized access attempts (e.g., password mining) are forbidden. We reserve the right to take legal, technical, or operational measures to enforce this Agreement.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. The Software is protected by Singaporean and international intellectual property laws. You must use it in full compliance with all applicable laws, including those on copyright and intellectual property.
Limited Warranty
FightNet VPN does not guarantee that the Software will meet all requirements or operate without interruptions or errors. This warranty does not apply if:
- The Software is modified by you or an unauthorized third party.
- The Software is used in violation of this Agreement.
- Failures are caused by other software or hardware.
EXCEPT AS STATED, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
NEITHER WE NOR ANY INVOLVED PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES (e.g., data loss, lost profits, or service unavailability), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS THIRTY DOLLARS ($30.00).
Third-Party Programs
If the Software includes third-party programs, their use is governed by their own licenses (including open-source terms). This Agreement does not override third-party license terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by Singaporean law (excluding conflict-of-law principles). You submit to the jurisdiction of Singaporean courts.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the full agreement between parties, replacing all prior written or oral agreements. If any term is unenforceable, the rest remain valid and binding.
